Welcome to the Surveyor 2003 web site.

Surveyor 2003 is software for creating surveys on paper and collecting and analyzing results. Print your survey from Surveyor, then use a regular scanner to read in the filled-in surveys. Surveyor will then automatically process the scanned images and collate the results!
