• Events are displayed hierarchically, which allows you to more easily navigate events and see which are set up.
• They can be arranged by type (100m, 200m, Discus etc) or by Age Group (Gr7 Boys, Gr7 Girls etc).

• After initial research, it became clear that the slowest, most time-consuming part of the whole system was entering competitors into events. Matrix Entry is the solution to this problem.
• Print a Matrix Entry sheet for each Team-and-Age Group (eg Red Team Gr7 Girls). Each sheet has students in that group down one side and events across the top.
• Just tick the box to put a competitor into an event.
• Scoretaker can read in this sheet using a regular scanner.
• It's so easy!

• Results Slips simplify recording results during the carnival.
• Assuming you've set up events and entered competitors before the day, you can print results slips with lists of competitors for each event.
• Results can be written by officials straight onto this sheet - no more difficulties reading handwritten names!
• Scoretaker then makes it easy to enter results by using an Event ID number to find the event, and displaying competitors in the same order as the printed sheet.
• Placings (1st, 2nd etc) can be calculated automatically from times and distances only!
