Midi -All I have to do is Dream

Keeping the "Dream" Alive

As our friendship grows, we are continually learning new
things about each other.

We learned we are both Scorpions
We are often on the same wave length
We both like a good joke and take delight
in teasing each other :-)

We Can Continue To Build!

Because I have all the time in the world (well not quite)
But ...
Terry has to pinch a little time here and a little time there;
he has a young daughter and soon a visitor will be calling.

Therefore I will take on the role of Page Master and build
this page from his contributions via email, plus my own.

Together forever we shall be,
Never apart - maybe in distance,
But not in my heart.

May 11th ... True happiness!
Consists not in the multitude of friends, but in the
worth and choice.
--Ben Jonson

I dedicated that quote to you before and now I would like to
go public and do it again!
That one is for you, my friend!

May 22nd ... I did not know how wonderfully intense and
and fulfilling a "Cyber" friendship could be.
It is just as "real" and rich as a face-to-face friendship, and
I have had so many wonderful, rewarding moments
interacting with Laurie.

Our online chats have led me to this excerpt from
The Prophet
by Kahlil Gibran:

"Your friend is your needs answered.
When your friend speaks his mind you fear not the 'nay'
in your own mind, nor do you withhold the 'ay'.

And when he is silent your heart ceases not to listen to his
heart; for without words, in friendship, all thoughts, all
desires, all expectations are born and shared, with joy
that is unacclaimed.

When you part from your friend, you grieve not; for that which
you love most in him may be clearer in his absence, let there
be no purpose in friendship save the deepening of the spirit.
And let your best be for your friend.

And in the sweetness of friendship let there be laughter, and
sharing of pleasures.
For in the dew of little things the heart finds its morning
and is refreshed."

Thank you very much for being my friend.
