There was a time when I would cut a rug

I exercised my body in days of yore
But now I exercise my mind much more.

Win or lose ~ I don't mind
I'm with others of my kind.

A BINGO LAMENT
Rah Rah it's winners all, then the man begins to call.
Quickly all my hopes diminish, I'm slowly crawling to the finish.
Maybe next game ~ I will see, surely now it will be me.
Another week ~ another game, woe is me it's just the same.

A BINGO CHEER
To win the jackpot is my aim, I'm sure all players feel the same.
I'm getting close ~ just need the nine, any time now, it could be mine.
While down here begging on my knees, say my number IF you please.

Husband & wife playing bingo were competing to see
who could call bingo the most.
They were level pegging & both needed number * 5 * to win.
5 came up so they shared the win.
Therefore even scoring ~
*Not so* wife exclaimed, I said it quicker!

 Have you heard about the punter at a casino, who saw a fly
land on a number, thinking this was a lucky sign he placed
his bet there -
