This photo is of a jeweller's shop decorated for Christmas within the town. The predominant theme is blue. Retailers also have a decorating competition .

This window in our house is traditionally the old doll and bears window. It features two animated bears and a santa climbing a ladder to trim the tree. Also featured are some antique decorations as well as old toys, books etc.

The "angel" window has the nativity scene in it. The fibre optic tree is the latest edition. The stable has been made from palings off our old fence.

We have placed seats in front of each window for children to stand on for a better view.

The pictures below are of the "doll" window. It also contains many animated musicals. This year many of my crochet collector dolls and crown jewels made for a stage production feature.

Santa climbing up the rope in this window is also another favourite with visitors.

The two photos above are of the animated santa collection. This is most popular as it contains the snoring santa.

The photos below are of the elf window. The lighting in here is very soft and unfortunately it is difficult to take a very clear photo.

The lights in the tree at the left are particularly effective as it is a melaleuca with a paper bark type of apearance. It stands at the entrance to our driveway.
