8-40 If they give no heed, then you should know that Allah is your protector. He is the best to protect and the best to help.
3-174 As a result they returned home with blessings and grace from Allah and suffered no harm at all. Besides this, they had the honor of following what pleased Allah, and Allah is the Owner of mighty grace.

Praise be to God, Lord of the Universe, and peace and blessings be upon
the Master of Messengers.
Honourable brothers:
It is my pleasure and privilege to extend to you a warm welcome on behalf of the sons of this people and this country and in my own name.
Brothers:
I pray the Almighty God -- praised be His Name -- to bestow upon you all bounties, to accept from you your cherished objective in performing the pilgrimage, worshipping Him devotedly, believing in Him and dedicating yourselves to Him.
ADHERENCE TO religion* A MUST
Brothers:
We are all duty bound to adhere to our creed, our faith in God, our solidarity and brotherhood on this path with dedication, seriousness and determination. This is the only way that may achieve for us every good in this life and in the hereafter. Undoubtedly, adherence to creed and faith in God -- praised be His Name -- have been behind the triumph of Muslims and their success throughout their life as manifested in the history of Islam ever since the Almighty God bestowed upon his creatures the favour of sending to them His Prophet ( peace and blessings be upon him ); their cooperation and solidarity on this basis with all devotion have given them victory, support, and the things that served their interests best.
FAITH GIVES VICTORY
Honourable brothers:
As you know, when the war broke out last year between our Arab brothers and their Zionist enemies, our brothers advanced to the battle-field hailing the Name of God Almighty saying Allahu Akbar... Allahu Akbar ( God is greatest... God is greatest), there is no deity but God. The result was that they routed their enemies in the canal zone and in the Golan Heights, which proves to the Muslims that holding firmly to their religion *, ideology, faith in God and dedication to Him will bring them victory in various fields, God willing.
There is no doubt that the aggressions launched by our Zionist enemies against Muslims in the Arab and holy places emanate from their schemes through which they aspire to undermine the Muslims and believers in God, destroy the world, sow the seeds of discord between the Muslims and the Arabs, and obliterate them in all fields.
RECOVERY OF HOLY SHRINES OUR HOPE
We hope that the Lord -- praised be His Name -- will rid as of them and wipe them away, and that we will be able to recover our sanctuaries; as our creed and faith in God make it imperative upon as not to allow our enemies to control, destroy, or eliminate our divine and Islamic relics.
WE ALL ASPIRE TO RECOVER OUR LANDS
Undoubtedly, our Arab brothers never deny the stands of their Muslim brothers in support of their struggle. We hope that we all endeavour to regain our territories and liberate our shrines, God willing.
ATHEISTIC DOCTRINES WANT TO DESTROY ISLAM
There is no doubt that the ideologies which the Zionists bring forth, and which preach atheism and deviation from belief in God, are intended merely to destroy Islam and the believers in God, and to obliterate the entire world. We hope that our Muslim brothers will shun these deviationist and perverted atheistic doctrines, whose adherents or adopters will only be met with destruction and loss.
WE CAN DO WITHOUT ALIEN IDEOLOGIES
Undoubtedly, our Islamic faith is rich enough to make us do without any doctrines, slogans, or appearances contradictory to our Islamic creed and jurisprudence which meet all the needs of mankind in social, economic, and ethical principles as well as in matters that safeguard peace, stability, and the good of mankind in all fields.
By creating these ideologies and trying to implant them in the Muslim and Arab countries, our Zionist enemies aim at destroying the Arabs and Muslims and eliminating them from the face of the earth.
I pray the Almighty to accept your devotions and worship; and to bless your pilgrimage, recompense your efforts, and forgive your sins. I implore the Lord to grant us solidarity and cooperation in all areas with dedication, seriousness and determination with all our potential as this is dictated by our religion *, creed and faith in our God and brotherhoods so that we stand by each other in all fields with all means and powers at our disposal, God willing.

Subsequent to the events of September 11 events, the people of Afghanistan are finding themselves in a state of real but undeclared war. Undeclared or not, the bombs and the destruction, the deaths and suffering is very real for the people on the receiving end. For the button pusher it can be no more real or exciting than a computer game where one pushes the button and something goes bang. Such is life.
For some one with impaired vision, the path of righteousness can be an easy choice.
In the not to distant past, cases of lynching were acceptable, expedient and unpunished.
As in the past when asked to produce evidence of guilt, the chief can say " there is no need for evidence, we know he is guilty ". I for one believe, I believe this is happening now and who can challenge him. Such is life.
Recently the USA government has made it illegal for many Muslim organisations to gather funds or solicit help on behalf of the people of Afghanistan. It is illegal because by aiding this people, the enemy will be helped, and that does include the enemy women and children.
Not withstanding that with the raised funds one could buy medicines and food, one could also buy weapons and with more weapons, the killing of the Afghanistan enemies would be that much more dangerous if they are capable of defending themselves. Such is life.
By planning ahead, with little medicines and little food, the suffering of the civilian population can be intensified and the more traumatised they are the more amenable they will be when they are told what they must think, what they must believe and what they must do. Such is life.
It is now illegal for Muslims to help Muslims in Afghanistan and Muslims in foreign lands, struggling for their freedom, for their life or for their beliefs. Such is life.
Not beyond the present thinking capabilities of some persons could well be to, make it illegal for Allah to help Muslims in Afghanistan or elsewhere. Such is life.
At one time or other one is taught to prove experimentally that " every action produces an equal and opposite reaction ". It is a natural law of the universe one is told.
And then one sees the actions by people who negate the existence of the natural law by such implied examples as " Our actions are directed against you, there must not be any reaction forthcoming from you, or else. " Such is life.
One must but wonder if all of this a nightmare or a crazy stage play. Such is life.

6-32 The life of this world is nothing but play and amusement, but the life of the Hereafter will be better for those who are righteous. Will you not use your common sense?
29-64 The life of this world is nothing but pastime and play! It is the life of the hereafter that is the true life: if they but knew it.
The revelations of Quran are rejected and those who believe in it are vilified for believing in Allah and the revelations confirming what came before it.
The refusal to be accommodating to the existing beliefs is the necessary grounds for the placing of sanctions and isolation from the rest of society.
The uncompromising belief in the ONE Creator without partners is sufficient cause for persecution and the plotting to kill.
On becoming aware of it there is escape from the would be killers and the re-establishment of the Islamic community on earth takes place in Madina, many centuries after the death of Ibrahim ( Abraham ).
The guidance of Allah is again a beacon of light breaching the darkness on the world of mankind's ignorance.
To dare and establish a life style, guided and regulated solely by the Quran adds injury to insult for those who reject the very idea of the ONE Creator without partners.
The community that will not accept the existing beliefs of the times must be destroyed.
A coalition of tribes is organised by the main beneficiaries who would stand to loose their base of power if the Muslim Shariah law were to flourish.
Outnumbered and with less material resources, the Muslims from different lands and races fight on in the way of Allah with the belief and knowledge that their lives do not belong to them but to Allah who has created them. They know that Allah has not need for anything and their struggle to exist, is the way Muslims are expected to behave as described in the revelations in Quran.
Despite the fierce battles to the death, the honour of the individual combatants is maintained in facing each other on equal terms. This honourable behaviour later allows many of the non believers to accept that which in ignorance they would have destroyed.
Islam and Shariah Law remains with the Muslims.
A debt of gratitude is owed to the brothers and sisters who survived and those who gave their lives so that later generations may have the opportunity to live life as it is meant to be lived, in the surrender to their Creator as Muslims.
The brothers and sisters who with the Messenger of Allah struggled to re establish Islam are the companions, my companions, you are my brothers and my sisters and to you I owe immense gratitude.
To you who have died and yet live, I bid you greetings, We bid you Assalamu Alaikum.
Same play, new actors, new background, new stage props.
Towards the end of the year 2001 history repeats itself. The same Allah, the same enemies, the very same struggle to defend one self and survive, the same message in the purpose for living, the SAME Shariah Law as lived in the example of the messenger of Allah and the companions.
The tribes have now become states and countries but their interests and antagonism towards Islam is the same as it was in time past.
The struggle and the battles are the same, except for the honour of the combatants which is no more. Those who would destroy have now taken the way of cowardice. They kill and destroy from where they cannot be harmed or so they believe, little do they realise of the destruction which they harbour within to their own selves when asked to be accountable for every action.
The brothers and sisters who strive to uphold Shariah law for themselves and others, struggle to protect Islam within the guide lines of Quran and the example of the messengers of Allah. Without a protector except for Allah, they are as the companions of old, refusing to compromise or accommodate their beliefs and their salvation in the afterlife.
The companions defending themselves are my companions, you are my brothers and my sisters in ONE community on this earth.
To the living and to you who have died and yet live, I bid you greetings, We bid you Assalamu Alaikum.
Allah cannot be hurt the least amount.
After hearing the statements of those who desire harm on Sariah Law and understanding their thinking processes, I would feel afraid for myself and for my brothers and sisters were it not for The Islam and the examples of those who came beforehand.
It is however rather sad to realise that even though the minds of some of the persons mentioned are really quite brilliant, sure of their understanding on how things must be, they know not how ignorant they are at this time about Islam and their afterlife.
All creation surrenders to The Creator and none is above or equal to it, the Creator will guide to His light whom He wills, when he wills it.
For this reason, to them is extended an open invitation to Islam and be Muslim for nobody's gain but their own.
