    The Universal declaration of human rights is reprinted as a reminder to all and for the people of the one nation in particular, a reminder that human beings should not to be seen or treated as human resources. A further reminder that when convenient for the interest of their own country against other peoples and nations, the human rights declaration SHOULD NOT be dispensed with, justifiably disregarded or VETOED. and further, for the interest of their own country, the contents of the human rights declaration SHOULD NOT be used as an excuse to violate the human rights of other peoples and countries.
    On the 49 year of the Universal declaration of human rights, much to many black excuses remain for the failings of this noble ideal. In Bosnia people made dispossessed, raped and killed with the world telling the victims not to defend themselves. In North Korea, mass starvation and the world with knowledge remains silent and inactive. In Iraq there is sickness, malnutrition, radiation poisoning and death of children but the powerfull and my country are helping by enforcing the conditions on the peoples and nation thereby saying not enough of your children have died to satisfy our needs.

    UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

    PREAMBLE

    Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world,
    Whereas disregard and contempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,
    Whereas it is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law,
    Whereas it is essential to promote the development of friendly relations between nations,
    Whereas the peoples of the United Nations have in the Charter reaffirmed their faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women and have determined to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom, Whereas Member States have pledged themselves to achieve, in co-operation with the United Nations, the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms,
    Whereas a common understanding of these rights and freedoms is of the greatest importance for the full realisation of this pledge,
    Now, Therefore
    THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
    proclaims

    THIS UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to promote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States themselves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.
    Article 1.
    All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
    Article 2.
    Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
    Article 3.
    Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
    Article 4.
    No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
    Article 5.
    No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
    Article 6.
    Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
    Article 7.
    All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.
    Article 8.
    Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.
    Article 9.
    No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile.
    Article 10.
    Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.
    Article 11.
    (1) Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.
    (2) No one shall be held guilty of any penal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a penal offence, under national or international law, at the time when it was committed Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.
    Article 12.
    No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
    Article 13.
    (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders of each state.
    (2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.
    Article 14.
    (1) Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution.
    (2) This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
    Article 15.
    (1) Everyone has the right to a nationality.
    (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality.
    Article 16.
    (1) Men and women of full age, without any limitation due to race, nationality or religion, have the right to marry and to found a family. They are entitled to equal rights as to marriage, during marriage and at its dissolution.
    (2) Marriage shall be entered into only with the free and full consent of the intending spouses.
    (3) The family is the natural and fundamental group unit of society and is entitled to protection by society and the State.
    Article 17.
    (1) Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with others.
    (2) No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.
    Article 18.
    Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
    Article 19.
    Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
    Article 20.
    (1) Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
    (2) No one may be compelled to belong to an association.
    Article 21.
    (1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.
    (2) Everyone has the right of equal access to public service in his country.
    (3) The will of the people shall be the basis of the authority of government; this will shall be expressed in periodic and genuine elections which shall be by universal and equal suffrage and shall be held by secret vote or by equivalent free voting procedures.
    Article 22.
    Everyone, as a member of society, has the right to social security and is entitled to realization, through national effort and international co-operation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of the economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.
    Article 23.
    (1) Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
    (2) Everyone, without any discrimination, has the right to equal pay for equal work.
    (3) Everyone who works has the right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring for himself and his family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection.
    (4) Everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests.
    Article 24.
    Everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay.
    Article 25.
    (1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
    (2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.
    Article 26.
    (1) Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages Elementary education shall be compulsory Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.
    (2) Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. It shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups, and shall further the activities of the United Nations for the maintenance of peace.
    (3) Parents have a prior right to choose the kind of education that shall be given to their children.
    Article 27.
    (1) Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
    (2) Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
    Article 28.
    Everyone is entitled to a social and international order in which the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration can be fully realized.
    Article 29.
    (1) Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of his personality is possible.
    (2) In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone shall be subject only to such limitations as are determined by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others and of meeting the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.
    (3) These rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
    Article 30.
    Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

    The present Islam was re-established in Arabia and was revealed to Muhammad in the year 610 ( AD ) when he surrendered in Islam to be a Muslim. He then became a Prophet and a Messenger for Allah, the Creator of all that is. Being illiterate, the revelations given to him were recorded by scribes as the Quran, a stand alone sacred book.. The way of life and behaviour of the Prophet during the last 23 years of his life is recorded separately as an example of authentic tradition for anyone to follow. At the age of 63 years the man born to be a Prophet and a blessing for all mankind, died. At his grave visited regularly for many centuries there is respect but, no worship to the man nor to the Prophet nor to the founder of a religious movement, worship and praises being for Allah only. Al-Quran is the source for the Islamic way of life, law and justice, aspirations, human behaviour and morality, finance, freedom, family, man and woman rights and responsibilities, including possessions and divorce. In Islam there is no racial advantage, no separation between state and religion*, there is a daily life with obligations, without fear of death, with accountability by life at the end of time, as time is known. Islam is not a foreign religion*, it is a dynamic universal religion* in ideals and practices. In the year 632 ( AD ) year 10 AH of the Islamic calendar, Rasoolullah ( the messenger of Allah ) living at Madina went on in his first Hajj ( Pilgrimage ) to Mekka. During the Hajj, on the day at the 'Uranah valley of Mount Arafat' ( in Mecca ) over 100 thousand pilgrims form all over Arabia were assembled when the Prophet Muhammad's before the afternoon prayer* addressed the Muslims. The full text of the sermon is not given but what you see will be sufficient testimony of the day.


    In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
    The Prophet Muhammad's ( PBUH, Peace Be Upon Him ) Last Sermon
    This sermon was delivered in the afternoon on the Ninth Day of Dhul Hijjah 10 A.H. in the 'Uranah valley of Mount Arafat' ( in Mecca ). ( March 7, year 632 ad )

    The Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) Last Sermon

    After praising, and thanking Allah he said:
    "O People, lend me an attentive ear for I know not whether after this year, I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore listen to what I am saying to you very carefully and take this words to those who could not be present here today.
    O People, just as you regard this month, this day, this city, as Sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your LORD, and that HE will indeed reckon your deeds. ALLAH has forbidden you to take usury ( interest ), therefore all interest obligation shall henceforth be waived. Your capital, however, is yours to keep. You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity. Allah has Judged that there shall be no interest and that all the interest due to Abbas ibn 'Abd'al Muttalib ( Prophet's uncle ) shall henceforth be waived.
    Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion*. He has lost all hope that he will ever be able to lead you astray in big things, so beware of following him in small things.
    O People, it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women, but they also have rights over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under Allah's trust and with His permission. If they abide by your right then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with any one of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste.
    O People, listen to me in earnest, worship ALLAH, say your five daily prayers* ( Salah ), fast during the month of Ramadan, and give your wealth in Zakat. Perform Hajj if you can afford to.
    All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over black nor a black has any superiority over white except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not, therefore do injustice to yourselves.
    Remember, one day you will appear before ALLAH and answer your deeds. So beware, do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.
    O People, no Prophet or Apostle will come after me and no new faith will be born. Reason well therefore O People, and understand words which I convey to you. I leave behind me two things, the QURAN and my example, the SUNNAH, and if you follow these you will never go astray.
    All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again; and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listen to me directly. Be my witness, O ALLAH, that I have conveyed your message to your people".

    1997, a message for Christmas which should
    not remain current
    for next month or the next...

    As a former Christian I know that the Christmas period in particular was supposedly a time of peace and love. Having said that however, what the Christian community does at this time or at any other time is the concern of no one except themselves. As a Muslim and out of respect and understanding for the message of peace and justice for mankind that Jesus brought to earth from the Creator of all that is, repeated in the message that the Prohet Muhammad brought to earth from Allah without partners the Creator of all that is, there is a request, an appeal, a wish, and a statement to all parties concerned. Please stop your actions against IRAQ and other places which are causing the death of other peoples children. There must be a limit to the amount of blood which is demanded in the cause of self interest disguised as peace making.

    ref. 2-11. When it is said to them: "Make not mischief on the earth" they say: "Why we only want to make peace!"
    2-12. Of a surety they are the ones who make mischief but they realise ( it ) not.
    2-178. O you who believe! the law of equality is prescribed to you in cases of murder; the free for the free the slave for the slave the woman for the woman. But if any remission is made by the brother of the slain then grant any reasonable demand and compensate him with handsome gratitude; this is a concession and a Mercy from your Lord. After this whoever exceeds the limits shall be in grave penalty.
    49-9. If two parties among the Believers fall into a quarrel make you peace between them: but if one of them transgresses beyond bounds against the other then fight you against the one that transgresses until it complies with the command of Allah; but if it complies then make peace between them with justice and be fair: for Allah loves those who are fair.
    49-10. The believers are but a single Brotherhood: So make peace and reconciliation between your two ( contending ) brothers: And fear Allah that you may receive Mercy.

    5 years have passed on and torture is now made in to an elegant medical art, given government legitimacy and brought successfully on line to do it's thing.
    The mischief has multiplied manifolds with reverberating claims of making war only to make peace.
    Can it possible be sound reasoning, can it be the thinking of someone that believes in, and worships a Divine Creator or could it be the last quiver of a degenerate Soul consumed by fear ?.

    BELIEF, KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBLE LIVING

    Part 1. A prelude.
    It was a small gradual thing but now it is something important on the back of the mind.
    There is the nagging feeling that what is presently believed in, is in no longer satisfying, should something be done about it. I know what my needs are and what to look for but am I good enough, can I do it or will it be to much for me, what if. What will my family say, will I loose my friends.
    Having seen and seeing the response to it generated in and by the news media, will I be marked and be detrimentally affected in an irrational and unfair way.
    Personal evaluation of people and circumstances is changing. It is a new experience to be with or watch known people, and see them not quite for the first time but certainly seeing them as being different than I remember them to be. Some still likeable but others by choice no longer desirable to be associate with, not my kind of company. And some others who were shunned because they were expected to be shunned for some obscure reason, given the benefit of doubt are immediately seen in a different perspective.
    There are other little things also, there is the realisation of carting around in my head a lot of obsolete luggage, could I thrust the new desire to discard the life long accumulation of understandings for the pursuit of a new foreign yearning, something not quite fully understood which seems like an old friend just remembered.
    To avoid becoming vulnerable more information is needed.
    Something is happening, my energies are being channelled into a particular direction. It is exiting but in contradiction it is a quieting realisation as answers to some complex questions become understood, but surely the answer cannot be that simple.
    There is the need to pursued more information.
    Some important things becomes self evident but many persons whom I think are intelligent and worldly successful, by their behaviour and actions disagree with the self evident conclusions. If I am right as I believe I may be there is a very effective delusion at work, but it is all right if there is no aggressiveness towards me. At an other time I would have felt a personal credit for the self evident conclusions becoming known to me, now it matters little.
    After reading and evaluating the contents of a most important guide book, the time has now been approached for some clear thinking and make a commitment to some serious happiness, travel light struggling with the crowd or be with one in a crowd without directional control.
    I could be any individual, in crisis desiring or being urged to make changes to my life but such is not the case because my desires are derived from knowledge of the most powerful kind, fundamental self evident truths seen in action which anyone can repeat with the same results.
    With the information retrieved from the guide book all choices except one have been removed. With all it's implications it is pretty neat making a choice when within limitations you have been allowed the knowledge to see that there is no choice, very much like the sun has no hesitation to arise in the morning.
    I have no choice but to admit that I am a believer and in front of witnesses I state my belief that there is no Divinity but Allah and Muhammad is His messenger.
    I am now a companion to the beautiful people and nothing changes in me but everything is now changed.
    Should the time of death be now, it is not the least frightening. Should I do right to others as they would do to me, it is quite proper. Should I do right, it is my business. Should the right be considered a wrong, it is quite proper for the responsibility to be wholly mine, without the illusion of being able to dump the responsibility or blame on some one else's shoulders. I know that without partners the Creator of all that is, knows my most hidden thoughts even before they are formulated.
    I could do anything but I have no choice but to follow the service manual, I have become Muslim again and the indispensable tool which was used for this is many things all in one, it is the service manual, the guide book, the map and the instruction set for what ever need arises. It is Al-Quran.
    The tool is new to me and as such it is not wholly understood but for comparison there are many examples to be seen in the recorded life of Muhammad.
    Who was Muhammad but a man born to die, a rightly guided human being without the selfish ego to entrap him, a companion to all the messengers of Allah without partners the Creator of all that is, a companion as all the messengers of Allah are companions one to another, from Adam to Noahs to Abraham to Moses to Jesus and all the other forgotten messengers of Allah to all nations.
    A list of my shortcomings shows that work is needed to make it smaller.
    I am no longer in a mine field and there is life and a soul which is part of a whole, in the body which is allowed to be Muslim.
    The established pathway which has been highly recommended is in front of me, to rest, to work and discover on the way to the irresistible destination, my Creator.

    RESPONSIBLE LIVING WITH A DIFFERENCE.

    part 2 - Coexistence.
    The wide well patronised, established pathway which has been highly recommended is in front of me, to rest, to work and discover on the way to the irresistible destination, the Creator. The Muslims who are now my brothers and sisters in Islam are to me like they were known for many a day. Anywhere that I may be, a greeting will produce a replied greeting from one and all like a good family of many brothers and sisters. The earlier fears that some people may make difficulties for me have failed to materialise but now an invisible barrier separate myself and many circumstances. It is now possible to differentiate between things which not so long ago were acceptable and did not warrant any particular consideration, like people's behaviours and thinking processes. Many things which were not previously realised are now seen as action which are not welcomed. Knowing and seeing things in a new light and responding to them in a different and better way is a price to be paid for being Muslim. The question of what is Islam like, can be answered by different people in different ways. For some in describing something for which words cannot do justice it is easy to say of being speechless, for me personally it is appropriate to say that it is awesome and amazing. I am reminded of a spermatozoa desperately striving to reach the egg cell without really knowing why or what is to come once inside, and when the destination is successfully reached the words could very well be, it is awesome, it is amazing.
    Being Muslim removes aggressive tendencies because of the realisation of new matters and the acceptance of action responsibility. It also means that those who carry out oppression against Muslims may perceive the potential of aggressiveness against themselves because a Muslim rejects oppression.
    Living peacefully with all people in live and let live with justice is for this earth as surrender is to Allah only.

    ref. 2-190.Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress limits; for Allah loveth not transgressors.
    ref. 8-73.The unbelievers are protectors one of another: unless ye do this there would be tumult and oppression on earth and great mischief.

    Many of the travellers on the path seem to confine them selves to particular places following some guidelines or lanes which are invisible to me. Why should one be preferable to an other or for that matter why any lanes at all since all the Muslim are going the same destination for the same reasons but since I can place myself on any part of the path it may be wise to know what it is all about. I know that even in Islam some believers see their way to come together in groups selectively pursuing what is appealing to them. They are my brothers and sisters in Islam but I do not desire to be part of a sect simply because of my shortcomings and little knowledge. The guide book is the first place of enquiry after which, if needed I shall ask my companion travellers and listen as to why they walk here or there.
    Islam, to be in submission to Allah, without helpers the Creator of all that exists either known or unknown. A Muslim, one who believes only in the Creator and strives for a life style which is in compliance with the recorded and original guidelines laid out in Al-Quran for a good, productive, peaceful and energy efficient life, aware of the unity of all creation without worshiping gods, idols, images, personalities or symbols.
    It feels strange to realise the days have become shorter. The days are now divided into times for prayers* with time in between to do other things. The prayer* is a ritual observed five times a day. A prayer*, at dawn which can be late in the morning in winter or early in the morning during summer time. And after the sun goes past noon, in the late afternoon, at just after sunset and at about one to two hours after sunset depending on the seasons. The prayer* requires a state of physical cleanness and follows the same procedures carried out by the prophet Muhammad, Rasoolullah ( the messenger of Allah ) many century ago. There is surrender and there are praises only for Allah and Allah's protection is sought from the mischief maker. Facing in the direction of Mecca, a specific number of Arabic verses from Al-Quran are recited and prostrations are made while praises are made to Allah ( yes, you prostrate to the One who created everything ). At no time is anything or anyone worshiped except Allah, without partners the Creator of all that is. Any prayers* other than Arabic would detract the meaning of the words and would be different from the original. Sounds either heard or generated by thought which are realised in the mind produce responses in the subconscious. At the end of the prescribed prayer* is the time to express your desire to Allah, the only One who can allow forgiveness or blessings to take place. What can I ask of Allah except to be allowed to be truly Muslim and to be allowed to have only what is good for me and like wise for all Muslim.

    ref. 3-135.And those who, when they do an evil thing or wrong themselves, remember Allah and implore forgiveness for their sins. Who forgiveth sins save Allah only ?. and will not knowingly repeat ( the wrong ) they did.
    ref. 3-136.The reward of such will be forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide for ever, a bountiful reward for workers!

    I can only read English and it was quite a surprise. Foolish me, I thought all the English translations of Al-Quran reflected the original thought and ideas contained in the original Arabic. Not so it appears. In 1143 AD some party or parties made a translation into Latin and 400 years later the Latin was translated into other languages. It would also appear that in 1689 AD a certain non Muslim entity did a mischievous translation of Al-Quran into Latin, which was at a later time translated into other languages and used as a reference by other translators. Even in this century some translations of Al-Quran carried out by Muslim have not avoided the pitfalls of using earlier works to gain insight into some words or expressions presuming them to be honest and accurate. In some places it may matter little, however near enough is not good enough when an incorrect word is used in a critical sentence. At a road sign which may point the wrong way is not really the same thing as one which points truly.
    In Al-Quran some matters are related more then once either directly or indirectly so in some instances it is possible to become aware of the thought flow.
    Two typical translations are quoted, Al-Quran Ref. Surah 2 aya 62
    ref. 2-62.Those who believe (in the Qur'an) and those who follow the Jewish (Scriptures) and the Christians and the Sabians and who believe in Allah and the last day and work righteousness shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear nor shall they grieve.
    ref. 2-62.Surely. those who believe, those who are Jewish, the Christians, and the Converts: anyone who believes in God. and believes in the last Day and leads a righteous life will receive their recompense from their Lord. They have nothing to fear nor will they grieve.

    The verbs in the verses above: believe, follow, work, in Al-Quran are in the past sentence: believed, followed, worked.
    The word Jewish, the Arabic word in the verse is like this: HAADUU: being those who believed what Moses taught as those who followed Moses out of Egypt believed in. Moses was Muslim, those who believed what Moses taught were Muslims. While an other name was used, they all submitted to Allah, without partners the Creator of all that is.
    The word Christians, the Arabic word in the verse is like this: NASAARAA: being those who believed what the one from Nazareth believed in. Jesus of Nazareth like Moses was Muslim. And those who believed what the Nazarene taught were Muslims. They all submitted to Allah, without partners the Creator of all that is.
    The SABIANS, the Arabic word in the verse is like this: SAABI-IINA and at this time they are not known but from the place in the sentence where it is found, there was no difference in belief between the Haaduu and the Nasaaraa and the Saabi-iina. All were in submission to the Creator, all were Muslim.
    As a recent Muslim all chapters or Surah in Al-Quran are found interesting even if some are not at all understood, but then again a few years back none were understood, maybe it is a case of knowing on the need to know basis which is fine by me.
    Having had a Christian education and an Italian appreciation of the Roman heritage as only one born Italian is allowed to have, as a Muslim I am now able to look back with a clearer vision and without mischief ask myself the question as to where have all the Christians gone. When did those who followed the one from Nazareth retained the name Christians but stopped being the Muslim victims of the Roman crowds. When did they become the Romans, in many lands down the centuries to this very day causing pain to those who refuse to be Romans.
    Why are Muslim seen as a danger by some people who have worldly power in their hands and can influence other people's thinking. I may ask some awkward questions but I am now a better person than before accepting Islam, as for other Muslim they also are the same nice people even if they have different cultures and may even have different skin colour and may prefer a different mode of dress and may even refuse to be exploited. Maybe they are perceived as being dangerous because they say " Allahu Akbar " or maybe because they refuse to compromise their spiritual belief and their conscience, in order to gain some extra cash or to please the ego of some temporary politician or ruler. Maybe it is because they are all orthodox, sorry, fundamentalists.
    It is true of course, they have a fundamental belief in the Creator of all that is, in Al-Quran and in the life time examples left behind by Rasulullah.

    part 3 - Feedback
    The wide, well used established pathway which has been highly recommended is in front of me, to rest, to work and discover on the way to the irresistible destination, the Creator of all that is. Many things have been learned, realised and remembered by listening and by asking questions. Everyone on the road believes in Allah and in Rasulullah revelations recorded in Al-Quran. Some on the path seem to relate or have different understandings on the same matters to be read in Al-Quran, while others find some sayings ( Hadiths ) of Rasulullah nearly more desirable. Hadiths are indeed very helpful but the focus of it all remains Al-Quran since some sayings on the same matters appear to have preceded revelations. In the need to know basis some things are far beyond me to comprehend at this time but they may be known tomorrow if pursued today, one step at the time, insha-Allah.
    In the pursuit of Islam and Al-Quran there is a price to be paid, the cost being increased awareness and sensitivity to thoughts, actions and intensions. It is an eye opener, it is like going from dawn to sunrise, good and less good things can be seen much clearer and comparative conclusions are now possible. Questionable internal and external ideas and suggestions can now be intercepted and can be rejected if they do not meet the new criteria regardless of the shortcomings with are to be found in every individual. Observations become easier and the importance of feedback in life at work, has been seen in a new light.
    As such it was first encountered when learning about electronics and communications where positive and negative feedback was applied to achieve specific results. In a public address sound system is a good way to hear positive feedback and see the effect of the individual who hears it. The quick action response is the feedback to use the volume or a frequency control to make desirable changes.
    An there is mechanical feedback as a servo mechanism which continually monitors the action to ensure the work is within the preset guidelines. Then there is computer instruction logic feedback, if certain conditions are met, do this otherwise do that.
    The preset guidelines and controls limits all set by a mind to do work with a degree of machine like predicability even when the work is performed by humans or within the human body.
    As human beings learn from their sensory perceptions how to apply the feedback in getting the body and mind to work in their own endeavours they do it all within the feedback guideline that their code of life has sets up within themselves. No feedback, equals no learning which equals no growth which equals do nothing or do all, without the awareness of doing anything.
    A variable or non variable feedback guideline is something or a condition which works in the specific circumstances in which it is being used to produce an output either from matter, from the mind or in both. Where there is mind and action there has to be feedback for the mind to function properly and achieve correct conclusions much like a healthy body needs feedback from all the senses in order to remain healthy and reach it's full potential.
    In a society, the individual human is the only memory of the society, with feedback the only safety inertia to all of society works, knowledge, growth, action, survival and remembrance of the only important thing for life, Allah.
    Definition of the words used in understanding a streamlined explanation of feedback.
    Life at work. :
    A - For any work which is generated into something, the something can be defined as the Environment Area of Operation which will be referred to as the Environment.
    B - Anything which generates work into an environment can be defined as the Dynamic Action Generator which will be referred to as the Generator.
    C - Like the body different sensory perceptions, any sensed environment feedback condition to the generator, is an output generated by a preset guideline Feedback Reference Filter sensor which will be broadly referred to as the Feedback.
    D - Any reference filter can be either altered or replaced on request or in stealth by what can be defined as the Filter Modifier which is mind exercising the desires ( the desire to do something or the desire to control ) and will be referred to as the Modifier with parallel filters E, and F, for maintaining it's own integrity and therefore the integrity of the feedback.
    E - Modifier's Conscience, very much influenced by personal conclusions.
    F - Modifier's religious beliefs, in surrender or influenced by education and ego feelings.
    Dynamic, flexible in operation and capable of operating over a wide range of conditions without impairment.
    There is no definitive kind of energy nor a definitive action in which feedback applies and it is the sensitive key factor and danger point for the proper operation of the generator where the modifier is extremely important as a legitimate regulating guardian or the hijacking point to influence the work of the generator.

    Subservient matter made such by the Modifier with feedback sensed by the Modifier.( example of public address sound system )
    Where the action generator is machinery or matter related, the environment is the only direct connection to the filter modifier who sets up the feedback filter in the first place and monitors the work output into the environment. The output is on demand and in computers and the likes the program instructions and preset logic conditions is the feedback which allows the system to work as intended. It should be noted that there is no connection between the Generator and the Modifier. If there was a connection, a machine by technological means would be directly linked into a mind to set and maintain a feedback on it's behalf. Without self consciousness, without the capability of compassion, love, hate, inspiration, revelation, and desire, machines have not been made which can set up themselves as work generators in endeavours which are not part of their feedback directives. When human beings are utilised as a resource for whatever reason and in whatever way, they are made into a subservient matter without a link to the modifier and change from block fig. 2. to fig. 1.
    Only Allah knows what would become of humanity if technology where to link machine and man together as a hybrid.

    The only memory in an action generator are the human beings who as their own individual controllers are the foundation generators in the society. They are the atoms which make up the molecules which make up the mass which is the working society all superimposed on each other using the same feedback principle and subject to the same dangers. Where man is the action generator there is a direct connectionto the modifier for the purpose of changing the feedback as an enforced change is desired. The modifier as above sets up the filters and monitors the work output which is reflected in the feedback output ( the generator is working within the feedback parameters ). Where the generator is a society made up of individuals, the one's in the society with the stronger desires almost always become the modifiers, by choice or persuasion.
    Any feedback rejection by the generator is a discrepancy and a revolution against a modifier which may have or may be acting without instructions or may be refusing to acknowledge the implementation of requested changes by the generator.
    Modifiers at work. :
    The mothering syndrome, the feedback response filter in a female is modified when she becomes a mother or behaves motherly to respond in perceived real or imaginary dangers to the sibling survival. She is still the same female but as a generator she responds to and produces more varied work output.
    In the poker game syndrome, applied onto individuals or to nations for it's own interest the modifier always plays to impose the desire and is especially successful if there is an unquestioning or unable to question mentally lethargic generator. Physical or mental harm or threats of harm will not exist for the generator if the feedback is suppressed or camouflaged in any way, but they will exist for the recipient of such treats or harm. A possible possibility could be a country fighting a small war and the modifier desires to expand the conflict by generating false feedback output. Since the modifier controls the feedback to reflect the invented action, the generator believes it to be a true input and the war is expanded as intended. Very successful where people are mentally lethargic by never questioning or not being allowed to question the feedback output, they are no longer able to make intelligent choices and become an unquestioning generator where only a breakdown in the area of operation can stop the vicious circle.
    Self regulating modifiers without a reference, they do something only because there is no obstruction to their self set task, much like a flooding river has lost the confining banks and will flow wherever there is no obstruction.
    There is advertising modifiers as a means to impart knowledge and to make people aware of some new development or discovery, or, to engage the mind continually with the same related topic for the purpose of influencing and changing someone's thinking process in some desired way.
    Mischief thriveswhen there is lack of feedback, a manipulation of feedback, a refusal to acknowledge feedback, an impaired judgment capability by real or induced mental lethargy or by controller manipulation. For a productive existence, the generator needs and relies entirely on the integrity of feedback as an extension of itself and if the integrity is compromised the generator has lost control to a parasitic modifier.
    The source of request for changes to the modifier should ideally be from a single source, the generator, in practice there is an other source, stealth, when the modifier develops an hidden agenda which manipulates the feedback to give false information so that specific outputs may be derived from the generator, very difficult to detect without the remembrance of Allah.

    ref. 4-119. " I will mislead them, and I will create in them false desires; I will order them to slit the ears of cattle and to deface the nature created by Allah's, " Whoever forsaking Allah, takes Satan for a friend, hath of surety suffered a loss that is manifest. " ''
    ref. 7-201. Those who fear Allah when a thought of evil from Satan assaults them bring Allah to remembrance when lo! they see ( aright ) !
    ref. 16-99. No authority has he over those who believe and put their trust in their Lord.
    ref. 16-100. His authority is over those only who take him as patron and who join partners with Allah. ''

    As mentioned before, there is no collective memory in the Generator, the individual is the only memory for his own and society's Environment area and the individual modifier's mind has first access to conscience and religious belief to setup the feedback path to meet the desired aspirations. Wether the religious belief is an integral part or is discarded totally or partially from the daily life is the difference in the responsible livingof Islam as there is no separation between state and religion* as recorded in Al-Quran.

    What would remain of The Quran if the religious implications are removed.
    Al-Quran, in English often referred to as The Koran, amongst other considerations is a book with guidelines for a particular way of life which by grouping many matters into a single word expression many call it a religion*. The contents of Al-Quran will not change if it is given a new cover, it remains a book for all logical thinking life which needs to sustain itself.
    AL-QURAN is :
    ---- -A blue print from before to after time.
    ---- -A set of operating instructions.
    ---- -A service manual.
    ---- -A single precise tool befitting all eventualities.
    ---- -A recognisance that is forgotten needing remembrance.
    Being useful anywhere, Al-Quran is placed :
    ---- -In space-ship Earth.
    ---- -With humanity as the crew and cargo.
    ---- -Going towards the final destination of the appointed day.
    Waiting as if tomorrow were the last day as :
    ---- -Muslims.
    ---- -A Community of believers, a nation of mankind.
    ---- -Striving to achieve in surrender while awaiting.
    Pursuing an understanding about creation and the Creator in :
    ---- -Science.
    ---- -Knowledge.
    ---- -A selective way of life, in Islam.
    ---- -In order to remember and be able to name things before the appointed day.

    ref. 2-256. Let there be no compulsion in religion*. Truth stands out clear from error; whoever rejects evil and believes in Allah hath grasped the most trustworthy hand-hold that never breaks. And Allah heareth and knoweth all things.

    Feedback and life at work in retrospect. :
    Life, individuals, groups, organisations, businesses and state all have their own environment areas of operation in parallel with the society area of operation. Conscience and religious application is a common link between all environments. In responsible living there are no contradictions in any of the environments, each feedback is a complement of the others. In responsible living, humans have the remembrance of the Creator of all that is, and are NEVER a RESOURCE for use. ( never a subservient matter )
    Last but not least. In the high density state of organised life's growth, an operative DNA substance is a feedback filter and the so called life energy force is the modifier, it is, only the modifier.
    . Man is not evil but man does make mischief and ignorance would be a good excuse except that it requires intelligence to plan something and carry it out.
    If any one wanted to cause mischief on humanity could things be done differently then by modifying in stealth the feedback reference to give a false output on some matters. ?

    ref. 9-71. The believers men and women are protectors one of another: they enjoin what is just and forbid what is evil: they observe regular prayers* practice regular charity and obey Allah and His apostle. On them will Allah pour His mercy: for Allah is Exalted in power Wise.

    part 4 - Going to heaven

    Heaven and Muslim.
    The Christian reference place of Heaven, in Islam is referred to as The Garden, with some translators it is called Paradise. It is the welcomed place of peace for the Souls who have shown themselves to have led a life according to the directives of their Creator, in contradiction to the welcomed place prepared for those Souls who find themselves to have chosen to transgress the directives. In both cases the Souls themselves being the witnesses in their actions.
    In the Quran the word Heavens and the Skies as in more than one sky created one above the other, are translated as being the same things where as the Garden or Paradise is as mentioned above.

    I wanna go to heaven.
    Going to heaven is a nice idea, something to look forward to but why bother, why not go somewhere else instead. Why heaven when there is another place that takes no effort at all and is more fun in getting there and is just as lasting. If one desires heaven and nowhere else there must be some definite reason for it, there must be some kind of expectation from inside information, otherwise one place will be just as good as an other.
    ref. Going to heaven, recapitulate 1. The going to heaven by a Soul is itself not the first objective but the end result of pursuing the sanctioned guidelines during the lifetime.

    Going to heaven is an individual thing.
    It is behavioural oriented along some flexible and rigid guidelines in a society comprising many Souls of diverging motivations. The guidelines are for the inclusive mutual benefit to all Souls who may, or may not be allowed to follow them. The being allowed is based on free will to reach conclusions free of the interference which comes from bias and the influenced ego. Culture and racially bound education is very good at causing the bias, the same goes for the emotions, greed and any evaluation carried out with impaired feelings. With a bias the thinking and behaviour of anyone is not self regulated and can go in any which ever direction. Self regulated meaning the use of a set reference code for living, a guideline against which the behaviour is continually monitored.
    -- Going to heaven, recap 2. In life there must be the belief in a bottom line which is not to be trespassed, a fixed behaviour model applicable equally to all which demands responsibility for all actions.

    Standards or guidelines to a life.
    Some guidelines are fixed and some are variable within some defined limits for the changing circumstances where the changes within the limits still allow Souls a proper and productive behaviour in circumstances which are out of their control. The limits are for those who acknowledge the guidelines and desire to remain within them but at a price can broken if desired. To be lasting, both fixed and variable guidelines must be fair and be set by someone who has the authority, purpose and capacity to maintain and enforce the penalties for trespassing and the Creator of the Souls did set the acceptable standards of behaviour for the Soul.
    -- Going to heaven, recap 3. The set standards for a good life are defined as the established path for those of humanity who desire to be in it. The established path that takes the traveller to the right destination and is complementary to religious belief and as a way of life.

    Travellers on the path.
    Self regulating was mentioned earlier. When the self regulating behaviour code is man made it follows that the model set by someone will be changed to suit by someone else with a stronger personality of greater vision or greater blindness. The end result can be referred to as the illusion perceived as the reality. People are quite free to think and reach conclusions according to man made standards that reflect the reality of the illusion but the end result will not be the illusion expected. On this basis people group themselves according to what they feel comfortable with, meaning people of like thinking and aspiration that could be undesirable for a Soul to be in, when it should be doing something for itself elsewhere.
    -- Going to heaven, recap 4. Being a traveller with a group can lock one into the group aspiration which is detrimental to a Soul if the group is following an illusion. What man derives for itself is only transient, it only lasts a little while.

    I'll carry you to heaven.
    It is a nice thought but you cannot carry the burden of my bad behaviour any more than you can carry the rewards for my only good actions, nor can i carry or interfere with the reward which is due to you. Every Soul stands on it's own actions without exception and any real forgiveness can only come from the Creator of the Soul.
    -- Going to heaven, recap 5. Without having been there, to believe in heaven one must have some inside information about it or desire to believe in the words of someone who says there is a heaven. To believe in someone else's belief is fine but no one has control over the place or the process leading to heaven except the One who created it for His own purposes, the Creator of all that is.

    Can I go to heaven.
    The Creator is ever living, Self sustaining and does not need nor want for anything and yet created everything for His purposes. In Islam the going to heaven is not the primary directive for a Soul, rather it is the end result of having been successful in following the guidelines laid out by its Creator which are in the purpose of the creation. A Soul can remain within the guidelines only in submission which means surrender, and be in the struggle ( the Jihad ), the struggling within one's self and with the forces which directly or by subterfuge try to coerce a Soul outside of the guidelines. The submission is of course only to the Creator and it becomes a protecting shield which allows a Soul to reach the desired place with death or in the face of seemingly insurmountable adversities. Either way in submission.
    -- Going to heaven, recap 6. It may seem contradictory but the Soul that goes to heaven is the winner and the winner is the one who has surrendered and followed what was specified to be for the welfare of the Soul.

    The guidelines.
    The guidelines which is the DO and DON'T and you MIGHT get away with it are recorded in the Quran revealed as one single guideline of 114 chapters, with chapter 9 being a Covenant from the Creator and His messenger. Some of the revelations are in the form of direct statements while others are similitudes and parables. Practical examples of the guidelines operation are very helpful to give confidence in separating fact from theory and are the ones seen in the Creator's messenger's lifetime actions which never contradict unless it is stated which revelation has been changed. In the do and the don't, there are some things which seem to stand out, the likes of not making mischief on earth and not making any part of creation nor any of His creations as being an EQUAL to the Creator who created it. And others like the pursuit of removing oppression from a Soul in submission and the suggestion of forgiveness when retribution is justified and could be carried out without any detriment for doing so.

The primary importance in going to heaven is to follow ALL that is contained within The Quran which is the document for a desirable life conclusion by the Soul even with the blurring of the precise meanings to some of the guidelines when responsibly and accurately translated from the original Arabic into other languages. Of secondary importance is to accurately follow the successful technique employed by the one on whom the revelation was made, the examples in the Prophet's life, what the messenger did, why and how he did it which is referred to as the Sunnah of the Prophet.

    Words can make understanding easier.
    When it comes to words it is important for the meaning of a word to carry the same understanding with all concerned.
    Allah in Islam is Allah and the meaning translated into English is The Divinity and not God, nothing more and nothing less. The attributes which are part of Allah as found in the sacred book ( The Quran ) are described in about 99 names as The Creator, The Giver of life, The Giver of death, The All knowing, The All embracing, The One, The First, The Last, The Eternal, The Just, The Sustainer, The Judge, The One that forgives......
    Islam derived from the word peace, is a religious belief within the guidelines of The Quran, visible as the particular way of life for Muslims, at times with some invented cultural variations.
    Muslims, living Souls who surrender in Islam to the Creator within the entire guidelines that when followed will lead the Souls to the open gates of heaven. No one is born Muslim, regardless of the circumstances of birth.
    The sky is sometimes translated as the heaven.
    The hour, is the time when all the Souls will be given life again and rewarded
    for what it was they did when previously alive. The hour is also referred to as the end of time.
    -- Going to heaven, recap 8. To get to heaven without the help of Satan would be a breeze but then again the Creator knows what He created and the purpose of every thing created. Souls die in all times and in all places but the going to heaven or not is when the time of the hour has arrived. The in between period for a dead Soul is death or non individuality until given life again as the same Soul with the baggage which it carried at the end of its life.

    It is unjust to use out of context from a document any single line quotation to justify a particular personal view or opinion. The one liners below however are a small number of quotations which give a condensed answer to the overall question of heaven without contradicting any other parts from the quoted source.

    ref. 4:97. Lo! as for those whom the angels take while they wrong themselves, (the angels) will ask: In what were ye engaged? They will say : We were oppressed in the land. (The angels) will say: Was not Allah's earth spacious that ye could have migrated therein? As for such, their habitation will be hell, an evil journey's end;
    ref. 4:98. Except the feeble among men, and the women, and the children, who are unable to devise a plan and are not shown a way.
    ref. 4:99. As for such, it may be that Allah will pardon them. Allah is ever Clement, Forgiving.

    ref. 42:40. The guerdon of an ill deed is an ill the like thereof. But whosoever pardoneth and amendeth, his wage is the affair of Allah. Lo! He loveth not wrong doers.

    ref. 42:42. The way (of blame) is only against those who oppress mankind, and wrongfully rebel in the earth. For such there is a painful doom.

    On the return or second coming of Jesus ( Essa )


    There are some persons, Christians and Muslims alike who for various reasons believe that at some time before the final Hour, Jesus the son of Mary will again return to earth and take a direct part in the events of human destiny. While the Christian belief is a concern only for the Christians, both Muslims and Christians can benefit from the search into the subject of Jesus death as is recorded in the revealed Quran, the unaltered document. The list is a couple of pages long but well worth the reading.

    ref. 3-48. And He ( Allah ) will teach him ( Jesus ) the Scripture and wisdom, and the Torah and the Gospel.
    ref. 3-49. And will make him a messenger unto the children of Israel, (saying): Lo! I come unto you with a sign from your Lord. Lo! I fashion for you out of clay the likeness of a bird, and I breathe into it and it is a bird, by Allah's leave. I heal him who was born blind, and the leper, and I raise the dead, by Allah's leave. And I announce unto you what you eat and what you store up in your houses. Lo! herein verily is a portent for you, if you are believers.

    ref. 5-117. I spoke unto them only that which Thou commandest me, (saying) : Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. I was a witness of them while I dwelt among them, and when Thou tookest me Thou was the Watcher over them. Thou are Witness over all things.

  • From what can be read in the references above it would indicate that Jesus by his deeds was a very special human being created in special circumstances for his task and then removed from earth without the alleged glamorized death. Since all born must die he also must die in surrender like all that is born. If he were to return to earth again before the APPOINTED Hour, by the time of the Reckoning he would have been aware of the actions done in His name by some of his alleged followers.
    The references indicate that, Jesus was not aware of what has taken place after his time on earth and indeed, before his Creator he could not accept the responsibility for anybody's actions except his own.

    Should someone be expected in the future and only Allah knows, the person would be born by Allah's will and die by Allah's will.
    All matters rest with Allah, the Creator of the skies ( heavens ) and earth, my Creator, your Creator and Jesus's Creator.

    How the universe. Two models

    1 - The universe, not before time
    The modern scientific belief is that the origin of the universe took place in a so called big bang. For better or for worse the exponents of this belief have reached the simplified conclusions shown below.:

  • 1- Zero time, all the mass of the universe is confined in a single small space without any reason for it.
  • 2- The big bang, the beginning of space and time, matter expands and scatters at a high rate of change.
  • 3- The size of the universe increases rapidly. -approx time 30 seconds
  • 4- The background radiation in the universe is produced. -approx time 750 to 1 million years
  • 5- The galaxies and quasars in them are formed. -approx time 1 billion years
  • 6- The earth solar system is formed. -approx time 7 billion years
  • 7- The age of the universe today. -approx time from 10 to 20 billion years old
  • 8- Tomorrow ?.

    2 - The universe, from before time.
    Information about the universe although not readily accepted in the western viewpoint has been available for quite some time and can be found in a closed document dating back to 632 AD. The document which is still available in the original text, was dictated from a source from further back in time. In the document the issue of from before Zero Time to the exhaustion of the universe is given coverage. This document is quite unique and can make the readers loose their personal self importance to the extent that even the visible universe can become somewhat relatively limited.
    From the above mentioned document a few relevant lines which without giving the actual mechanics, give an insight into every thing else important about of the universe. The statement is that the universe was not and then it was, created for a purpose by someone capable of doing such a thing and when created, there is a reason for everything and in everything there is reason regardless of whether it is comprehended by the individual. Only part of the relevant information is presented here.

    Timeline 2

  • 1- Zero time: Space, all matter in a static form is created. All energy and all events which are to become, all are created ready to take place. All action relating to or generated by free will, good and bad etc... all and everything is accounted to take place as in a written record.
  • 2- Time begins. : Zero to ~ 690 000 solar year period. ( 2*1000*355 )*( 355/365.25 )
    Matter begins to condense at a high rate of change. Motion, time and relativity starts working. The universe and the earth come into existence and the limiting laws in the visible universe come into effect.
  • 3- Within time : ~ 1.38 million year period. Life on earth is well established by the end of the period.
  • 4- Within time : ~ 17.25 billion year period. Intelligent and less intelligent life is well established in the earth and the heavens when man is created some time before the close of this period. At the end of the period, the universe and all life within it reach the determined high-low stage of their creation.
  • 5- An other stage of creation begins. The life times which were spent in mere playing around and idle talk is no more and the ever forthcoming serious stuff for man now begins.

    A definition of some words used in the document is necessary in accurately conveying the thought process when changing from one language-culture into an other one.
    Allah : The Divinity, The Only, The First and the Last, The All knowing, The Creator, The Sustainer who maintains the creation created.
    Quran : The Reading, the dictated document containing the revealed information from old.
    Muhammad : The person onto whom was revealed, not inspired, the Quran in Arabic which was in turn recited to others some of whom would make the written record which remains still unaltered.
    Heavens above: Multiple skies layered on top of each other.
    Heaven : Normally referred to the sky where the stars are seen which is only the lower of the heavens. The heaven is the outer sky and is not visible.

    ref. 2-117. The Originator of the heavens and the earth! When He decreeth a thing, He saith unto it only: Be! and it becomes.

    ref. 2-255. Allah! There is no Divinity save Him, the Alive, the Eternal. Neither slumber nor sleep overtaketh Him. Unto Him belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. Who is he that intercedeth with Him save by His leave? He knoweth that which is in front of them and that which is behind them, while they encompass nothing of His knowledge save what He will. His throne includeth the heavens and the earth, and He is never weary of preserving them. He is the Sublime, the Tremendous.
    ref. 38-27. Not without purpose did We create heaven and earth and all between! That were the thought of Unbelievers! But woe to the Unbelievers because of the Fire !
    ref. 24-35 Allah is the radiance of the skies and the earth. The similitude of His radiance is as a niche wherein is a lamp. The lamp is in a glass. The glass is as it were a shining star kindled from a blessed tree, an olive neither of the East nor of the West, whose oil would almost glow forth though no fire touched it. Light upon radiance, Allah guides unto His light whom He will. And Allah speaks to mankind in similitude, for Allah is knower of all things.
