Love and Sex

Islamic Principles that are binding on Muslims on the matter of illegal, hidden or public sex.

Adultery : Illegal love-making by a married person.
Fornication : Illegal love-making by an unmarried person.
Homosexuality : Lewdness behaviour in the same gender.

On Adultery or Fornication, some references from Quran :

24-1 A Surah which We have sent down and which We have ordained: in it have We sent down Clear Signs in order that ye may receive admonition.
24-2 The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication flog each of them with a hundred stripes: let not compassion move you in their case in a matter prescribed by Allah if ye believe in Allah and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment.
24-3 Let no man guilty of adultery or fornication marry any but a woman similarly guilty or an Unbeliever nor let any but such a man or an Unbeliever marry such a woman: to the Believers such a thing is forbidden.
24-4 And those who launch a charge against chaste women and produce not four witnesses, flog them with eighty stripes: and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors
24-5 Unless they repent thereafter and mend (their conduct): for Allah is Oft-Forgiving Most Merciful.
24-6 Those men who accuse their own wives but have no witness except themselves, each one of them shall be made to swear four times by Allah that his charge is true
24-7 And the fifth that they solemnly invoke the curse of Allah on themselves if they tell a lie.
24-8 But it would avert the punishment from the wife if she bears witness four times by Allah that (the accuser ) is telling a lie;
24-9 And the fifth should be that she solemnly invokes the wrath of Allah on herself if (the accuser) is telling the truth.

On Male and Female homosexuality, some references from Quran :

4-15 If any of your women are guilty of lewdness take the evidence of four witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify confine them to houses until death do claim them or Allah ordain for them some way.
4-16 If two men among you are guilty of lewdness punish them both. If they repent and amend leave them alone; for Allah is Oft-returning Most Merciful.
4-17 Allah accepts the repentance of those who do evil in ignorance and repent soon afterwards; to them will Allah turn in mercy; for Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.
4-18 The forgiveness is not for those who do ill deeds until, when death attendeth upon one of them, he saith: Lo! I repent now; nor yet for those who die while they are disbelievers. For such We have prepared a painful doom.

For those who are to uphold the law and be of good example, if they misbehave it is twice the punishment.
33-30 O Consorts of the Prophet! if any of you were guilty of evident unseemly conduct the Punishment would be doubled to her and that is easy for Allah.
30-31 But any of you that is devout in the service of Allah and His Apostle and works righteousness to her shall We grant her reward twice: and We have prepared for her a generous Sustenance.

Note: The stoning for adultery would have to have been abrogated after this revelations since a dead adulterer cannot marry another stoned dead adulterer.
Note: A deliberate behaviour as a challenge to the laws of Islam may have been dealt with by the Messenger of Allah as a challenge to the principles of Islam. See Ka'b bin Al-Asraf case.
Note: One or more Hadith cannot abrogate the revelation in Quran on the same matters.
Note: Allah knows what is right and what man does.

Some references from Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith - Volume :
Hadith 8.806 Narrated by Abu Hurairah
A man came to Allah's Apostle while he was in the mosque, and he called him, saying, "O Allah's Apostle! I have committed illegal sexual intercourse." The Prophet turned his face to the other side, but that man repeated his statement four times, and after he bore witness against himself four times, the Prophet called him, saying, "Are you mad?" The man said, "No." The Prophet said, "Are you married?" The man said, "Yes." Then the Prophet said, "Take him away and stone him to death." Jabir bin 'Abdullah said: I was among the ones who participated in stoning him and we stoned him at the Musalla. When the stones troubled him, he fled, but we over took him at Al-Harra and stoned him to death.

Hadith 8.825 Narrated by Abdullah bin Umar
The Jews came to Allah's Apostle and mentioned to him that a man and a lady among them had committed illegal sexual intercourse. Allah's Apostle said to them, "What do you find in the Torah regarding the Rajam?" They replied, "We only disgrace and flog them with stripes." 'Abdullah bin Salam said to them, "You have told a lie the penalty of Rajam is in the Torah." They brought the Torah and opened it. One of them put his hand over the verse of the Rajam and read what was before and after it. Abdullah bin Salam said to him, "Lift up your hand." Where he lifted it there appeared the verse of the Rajam. So they said, "O Muhammad! He has said the truth, the verse of the Rajam is in it (Torah)." Then Allah's Apostle ordered that the two persons (guilty of illegal sexual intercourse) be stoned to death, and so they were stoned, and I saw the man bending over the woman so as to protect her from the stones.

Hadith 8.824 Narrated by Ash Shaibani
I asked 'Abdullah bin Abi 'Aufa about the Rajam (stoning somebody to death for committing illegal sexual intercourse). He replied, "The Prophet carried out the penalty of Rajam," I asked, "Was that before or after the revelation of Surat-an-Nur?" He replied, "I do not know."

Hadith 3.837 Narrated by Ibn Abbas
Hilal bin Umaiya accused his wife before the Prophet of committing illegal sexual intercourse with Sharik bin Sahma. The Prophet said, "Produce a proof, or else you would get the legal punishment (by being lashed) on your back." Hilal said, "O Allah's Apostle! If anyone of us saw another man over his wife, would he go to search for a proof." The Prophet went on saying, "Produce a proof or else you would get the legal punishment (by being lashed) on your back." The Prophet then mentioned the narration of Lian. (Surat-al-Nur: 24)

Inheritance principles
as decreed for believers in Quran

For those who believe, in all matters is the remembrance of the one who created all things.

some reference from Quran:

Inheritance rights, including divorced partners :
2- 234 If any of you die and leave widows behind they shall wait concerning themselves four months and ten days: when they have fulfilled their term there is no blame on you if they dispose of themselves in a just and reasonable manner. And Allah is well acquainted with what ye do.
2- 240 Those of you who die and leave widows should bequeath for their widows a year's maintenance and residence; but if they leave (the residence) there is no blame on you for what they do with themselves provided it is reasonable and Allah is Exalted in Power Wise.
2- 241 Reasonable provisions must also be made for divorced women. That is an obligation upon those who fear Allah.
2- 228 Divorced women must keep themselves waiting for three menstrual periods, it is not lawful for them to hide what Allah has created in their wombs if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. In such cases their husbands have a right to take them back in that period if they desire reconciliation. Women have rights similar to those exercised against them in an equitable manner, although men have a status above them. Allah is Mighty, Wise.
2- 232 When you have divorced women and they have reached the end of their waiting period do not prevent them from marrying their prospective husbands if they have come to an honourable agreement. This is enjoined on everyone amongst you who believes in Allah and the Last Day. This is more virtuous and chaste for you; Allah knows what you do not know.

Man dies, the inheritance :
4-11 Allah directs you as regards your children's (inheritance): to the male a portion equal to that of two females: if only daughters two or more their share is two-thirds of the inheritance; if only one her share is a half. For parents a sixth share of the inheritance to each if the deceased left children; if no children and the parents are the (only) heirs the mother has a third; if the deceased left brothers (or sisters) the mother has a sixth, after the payment of legacies and debts. Ye know not whether your parents or your children are nearest to you in benefit. These are settled portions ordained by Allah and Allah is All-Knowing All-Wise.

Woman dies, the inheritance :
4-12 In what your wives leave your share is a half if they leave no child; but if they leave a child ye get a fourth; after payment of legacies and debts. In what ye leave their share is a fourth if ye leave no child; but if ye leave a child they get an eighth; after payment of legacies and debts. If the man or woman whose inheritance is in question has left neither ascendants nor descendants but has left a brother or a sister each one of the two gets a sixth; but if more than two they share in a third; after payment of legacies and debts; so that no loss is caused. Thus is it ordained by Allah and Allah is All-Knowing Most Forbearing.
4-13 Those are limits set by Allah: those who obey Allah and His Apostle will be admitted to Gardens with rivers flowing beneath to abide therein and that will be the Supreme achievement.

Magnified reflections

Allah : without partners the Creator of all that is and will ever be. The All-aware, the Sustainer that holds creation in controlled motion.

Man made laws are changed by some men for the benefit of some men.

Contrary to the wishes by some modern day persons, one follows the so-called divine laws and does not alters them to mirror or endorse the behaviour of the modern times. Man is never given the authority to do such a thing.

If the so-called divine laws have already been modernised in previous times by some men, they could be changed at any time since they have become man made laws. If they are still called divine laws considering they have been changed, it would be a grievous falsehood.

Muslims have no authority to change the revelations in Quran according to the whims, desires or understanding of the time. The understanding of revelations can change with time but they remain unaltered revelations, in time.

The Muslims who are selective in their adherence to the revelations in Quran do so without authority other than their own accountability.

For those who have been made aware, there is no compromise in living within Islam.
Islam is not what the non-believers in Allah's guidance desire it to be so that they may feel gratified with it.

The god with partners of the Christians is not the god of Abraham ( Ibrahim ). Muslims don't associate any of Allan's creations to be partners with the Creator in any way whatsoever.

The Divinity of the followers of Jesus is the very same Allah of Abraham ( Ibrahim ) and of all Muslims who celebrate the remembrance of Allah five times a day.

Man made laws are for the occasion of those who make them.

Revealed laws are made for all occasions. It is the occasional man who has forgotten and thinks them to be for another time simply because man is no longer synchronised to creation and has no remembrance of the laws.

Non believers need to give each other moral support and endorsement, in order to legalise particular actions to be inflicted on to others when the same actions upon themselves are strongly disapproved of.

The good of the evil ones, is evil to the recipients who are not deserving of such good. Those on the right way will do what they have to do, always mindful of the boundaries set by Allah.

One is not evil on any one's say so. Evil is on account of the response to action initiated or in acts of retribution that transcend certain boundaries. Going beyond an eye for an eye does constitute excess. The denial of retribution does constitute excess. Corrupting the integrity of Souls does constitute excess.

Contrary to the belief of those who presume, evil is not against or in competition with god nor is it in competition with the so called good. Each Soul is given the criterion of what to aspire to and what to avoid. The testing of every Soul has been decreed to take place so that it may be graded and sorted out in preparation for other matters, in which the Soul is the only original component.

Music is a multipurpose long lasting catalyst drug used to affect the emotions and motivate or alter behaviour. It can be a medicine or a dangerous distraction for man.

When a Muslim country is over-run by those who associate partners with Allah, they begin in earnest to establish in the people's minds the invention and falsehood of there being partners with Allah. Allah is not deficient in any way and is free of the needs that some men ascribe to him. Whatever is Allah's command on to anything, He has but to say " BE " and it is.

Muslims are bound together by the Allah's laws and not by man's fickle laws rooted in cultural or racial prejudices.

Every one stands alone on the day of sorting out when no one may accept or steal the rewards belonging to an-other Soul just as no-one may accept or steal the chastisement owned by an-other Soul.

_ sing praises to the overcoming of others with cunning
_ sing praises to new financial and technological slavery
_ sing praises to making others like themselves

_ sing praises to their patriots who suffer, while imposing their ideals on others and
curse them who give their lives to rid themselves from this impositions
_ sing praises to themselves and their country as being a blessing upon mankind
all the while selectively denying humanity to human beings.

Some things to ponder upon like, an eye for an eye
Don't think of your self as a mighty river after the many rains, with insolence breaking its confining banks to spread through out the land. After the rains, the warm sun will shine forth and what was spread out will be again, no more than an arrogant little river.
If you have difficulties with Muslims, they have the very same difficulties with you.
If you think that you may intimidate them with impunity as your heart desires, consider
If you use a feather, it is their right to use a feather against you.
If you use a custard pie, it is their right to use a custard pie against you.
If you use something else, it is their right to use your something else against you.
Be justly balanced as what ever you do, by right it will be reciprocated, in which case choose peace towards them and the same peace will be yours.
Oppression is worse than death, and Muslims have been sanctioned and cleared of any wrong doing for defend themselves.
It has been stated that the hell fire is not yet active but the word for its creation has already gone forth and no one will be cheated out of its reward.

Shariah Law is binding only on Muslims. No person can be coerced into believing in Allah and follow Quran.
Non believers, those who don't believe in submitting to Allah's decree, are afraid of Sharia Law, afraid that those who live the law may prosper, afraid because they are not accommodative and therefore must be a danger. Most of all, they are afraid because when the time comes they will not be able to claim they where not aware and did not know about submitting to Allah in Islam.
Beginning

It is yours, you have earned it
you carry it.

No soul can carry the burdens of another soul.

Forgiveness can only be for those who genuinely ask for it.

Forgiveness cannot be given as a present to those who don't repent.

Allah is all forgiving. Asking Allah forgiveness on behalf of someone can only work if something takes place that makes the persons that way inclined to realise that the behaviour is undesirable and raises in them a desire to strive and make amends. The prayer to Allah is then answered.

One cannot successfully ask Allah that anyone be forgiven against their will.

Praying for the forgiveness on actions by persons already dead. Allah knows all and will forgive whom he wills.
If the dead have a second chance or opportunity to make amends they would eagerly strive for it and every person would be likely to end up in paradise and none in the hell fire.

Asking forgiveness from the dead is a good opportunity for us to ask for their forgiveness in the sight of Allah. For them to forgive our transgressions against them, we are the ones that have an opportunity to repent.

To ask for some event to take place Insah Allah, is in most circumstances an individual effort to influence events in time, because Allah is far beyond doing man's bidding.

Salaat and prayer are two entirely different matters that serve different purposes.

In Salaat, the individual celebrates the remembrance of Allah.
In Prayer the individual makes a petition to Allah in his creation, the answer is an influence by His will.

In prayer, the proper technique and effort must be utilised. Opening the mouth and asking Allah to fill it with salty water when one desires drinking water, is counter productive.

Beginning

War drums

As in time of old but on new war drums, will history repeat itself ?.
References from Quran.
8-73 The unbelievers are protectors of one of another. If you fail to do likewise, there will be disorder in the land and great corruption.
2-194 The sacred month is for the sacred month, and for the prohibited things, there is the Law of Equality. Then whoever transgresses the prohibition against you, you transgress likewise against him. And fear Allah, and know that Allah is with the righteous.
2-217 They ask you about war in the Sacred Month. Tell them: "fighting in this month is a great transgression; but to prevent from the path of Allah, to deny Him, to prevent access and expel His worshippers from the Sacred Mosque is a more severe crime, since mischief is worse than killing in His sight. As for unbelievers: they will not cease fighting until they succeed in turning you back from your restoration * if they can; and if any of you turns back from his restoration and dies as an unbeliever, his deeds will become void in this life and in the hereafter. He will be the inmate of hellfire, to live in there forever.
47-31 We shall put you to test until We know the valiant and the resolute among you, and test all that is said about you.
29-6 And whosoever strives, he strives only for himself. Verily, Allâh is free of all wants from the all that exists.

The response, the secret is in the response.:.
References from Quran.
18-7 Verily! We have made that which is on earth as an adornment for it, in order that We may test them as to which of them are best in deeds.
21-35 Everyone is going to taste death, and We shall make a trial of you with evil and with good, and to Us you will be returned.
29-2 Do people think that they will be left alone because they say: "We believe," and will not be tested.
29-3 And We indeed tested those who were before them. And Allâh will certainly make known those who are true, and will certainly make known those who are liars.
29-4 Or those who do evil deeds think that they can outstrip Us ? Evil is that which they judge!

Regardless of it all, Allah will guide to his light whom he will.
Even if you have been or are killing my brothers and sisters in Islam,
Even if you are trying to destroy the truth of Islam and replace it with something inferior by corruption,
Even if you are trying to destroy the right of self defence from yourself,
As in times past, despite your actions your destiny is yet to be sealed if you seek forgiveness and resignation to the Creator without partners.
In such a pursuit, to you is extended an open invitation to Islam and be Muslim for nobody's gain but your own.
